Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Our pieces are intimate apparel. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund once the package has been opened.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs only when:

The wrong item was received
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, this applies even if the package has been opened. Contact us immediately at support@leopardandco.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Garment Care & Natural Wear
Leopard & Co pieces are made from fine ultra-stretch fishnet and lace knit.
Please note that open-knit fabrics can snag, ladder, or lose elasticity over time due to:

Regular wear

Contact with nails, jewelry, zips, or rough surfaces

Machine washing or tumble drying

Heat
-
Lotions and oils
-
Stretching beyond the stated size range
This natural wear is not considered a manufacturing defect and does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or return.
We recommend following our Care Guide to maximize the lifespan of your piece.
Every piece is made in one size, fitting US 2 to 10. Please review the Size Guide before purchasing. Returns cannot be accepted for fit once the package has been opened.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:

The item must be unworn and unused, with its hygiene seal intact. Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase must be provided

Refunds

Please note that banks, credit card providers, and payment processors may require additional time to process and post the refund.
